Cross Streets | If the Company location was geocoded the cross streets of the location should show here |
Decision | The decision date assigned in the Project Information module |
Decision Date Month Year | The decision date's month & year |
Decision Days | The amount of days left from the Decision Date |
Est Commission | The sum of Commission based on the BOM |
Est Cost | The sum of cost in the BOM Module for the specific quote/options |
Est GP | The Estimated Gross Profit based on the BOM |
Estimated Margin | The Estimated Margin % based on the BOM |
Estimated Profit | The Estimated Profit dollars based on the BOM |
Estimated Sale | The sum of all Valid & Most Likely quotes that are NOT booked (Total value of opportunity) |
Forecast Value | Approx Value – Booked Value (sum of all orders in Order Entry) |

Project Name | Name of the Project (Best practice is to put the Company name plus Project Name i.e. Bank of Texas / Global Task Chairs for Office 101) |
Project Status | The Status of the project. This is a manual and an automated change. You can and should have the status change based on Workflow , Action Items being checked out and completed. You can include the manual update of the status in your workflow as Completion Tasks. |
Project Count | How many projects created for the Company Location |
Project Manager | The Project Manager assigned in the Project Information module |
Project Type | The type of Project assigned (The project Type defines workflow (Action Items)) |
Quote Date | The date the quote was created |
Quote Count | # of Quotes in Project |
Reference Contact | Reference contact free-formed in the Project Information module (this info is not saved as a contact attached to a record in e-manage) |
Referred By | Referred By drop down assigned to the company record attached to the Project |
Registered Project | If the "Registered" check box is applied in the Project Information |
