Troubleshooting: Bill of Materials

Problem:

In some cases, after docking and undocking your machine, your display settings may become misaligned, making it impossible to view the lower section of the Bill of Materials module, where your parts or line items are typically displayed. Additionally, you may not see the arrow to expand the lower half of the module at all.

Solution:

To resolve this issue and reset the view for proper display, follow these steps:

1. Access the Bill of Materials Module:

   • Open the Bill of Materials module in e-manage|ONE.

2. Select the Tools Menu:

   • Locate and click on the "Tools" menu within the module.

3. Reset Option Grid Height:

   • From the Tools menu, choose the "Reset Option Grid Height" option.
