Hot Jobs / Punch List
Effortless Tracking of Discrepancies
The concept of Hot Jobs remains pivotal in your project management strategy. By labeling a job as "Hot," you create a dedicated hub for tracking all outstanding Punch List discrepancies. This eliminates the need to search through various sections and platforms to find pertinent information. Hot Jobs serve as a central repository where you can oversee the progress of Punch List items.
Automated Hot Jobs
Creating a Punch List in the mobile app has never been more seamless. When you initiate a new Punch List, the system will now automatically designate the corresponding project as a "Hot Job." This means you no longer have to manually mark a project as hot; the mobile app takes care of it for you. This streamlined process ensures that all Punch List items are immediately tracked and managed in one central location.
Simplified Completion Workflow
As you diligently address each Punch List item, the mobile app stays in sync with your efforts. Once every single Punch List item associated with a Hot Job is marked as complete, the system will automatically remove the project from the "Hot Jobs" report. This intuitive automation means you won't have to perform additional steps to manage the Hot Job status—it's all taken care of behind the scenes.
Comprehensive Punch List Overview
To provide you with a comprehensive view of your Punch List items, we've introduced an additional feature within the Hot Jobs report. Next to each project listed in the Hot Jobs report, you'll notice a small plus sign. Clicking on this plus sign will reveal a detailed list of all Punch List items—both open and closed. This added visibility ensures that you can review the progress and history of each individual item as needed.
