Definition of Grid: The Punch List / Hot Job Grid is a collection of all projects/jobs that have been marked as "Punch List / Hot Job" | |
Column Name | Definition |
ProjectID | The Project number |
Job Number | Auto-generated to be the same as the project number when an order has been booked AND the Order Book Date + Job Book Date have been filled out |
Hot Job Date | Date when the job was marked as a punch list / hot job |
Hot Job Reason | The reason given for marking the job as a punch list / hot job |
Project Name | The Project Name, pulls from Project Information |
Company Name | The End User company name + company location combined into one field |
Hot Job Assigned By | User name who marked the job as a punch list / hot job |
Approx Value | The sum of all Most Likely quotes regardless of ordered or not, pulls from the Project Information module |
Book Date | The date the order was booked on in the Order Entry module |
Project Manager | The Project Manager associated with the project, pulls from Project Information |
Salespeople | A list of all salespeople on the project |
Team Members | The Team Members on the project, pulls from Project Information |
