  • Internet Access: Required for downloads and ongoing connectivity

  • OS Compatibility: e-manage|ONE is currently Windows-only

Access Methods (e-manage|ONE Desktop ONLY - Required for Support):

  • Option 1: Port Forwarding

    • Port 15515 forwarded to 1433, open to North American access

    • Or, Port 15515 set as the default port in SQL Server Configuration

  • Option 2: VPN Access

    • Acceptable clients: NetExtender, Cisco AnyConnect, Windows VPN, etc.

    • A client VPN must be installed and accessible by our team

If migrating your database from our server to yours:

You will need to provide:

  • Your IP Address

  • A SQL-capable server with SQL Server installed

  • Full Administrator Access via Remote Desktop

  • Port 15515 forwarded to 1433 and left open

Alternatively, our team can provide a .bacpac file for your IT team to restore.
