This guide outlines the required and recommended system specifications for both desktop and mobile access to e-manage|ONE, as well as guidance for QuickBooks integration.

Operating System: Windows 10 or newer
Microsoft Office: Office 2016 or newer
Must include the Desktop version of Microsoft Outlook
RAM: 16 GB or more
Disk Space: Minimum 1 GB free
Display Resolution: 1920 x 1080 or higher
Internet Access: Required for downloads and ongoing connectivity
OS Compatibility: e-manage|ONE is currently Windows-only
Minimum Download Speed: 50 Mbps
π° QuickBooks Compatibility
Desktop Version: QuickBooks 2014 or newer
Online Version: We support all of the QuickBooks Online versions
Supported Editions: Any networkable version (e.g., Pro, Premier)
Network Requirement: QuickBooks must be on the same network as e-manage|ONE (e-manage|ONE Desktop ONLY)

Minimum Server Specs (e-manage|ONE Desktop ONLY):
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 or newer
Database Engine: Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or newer
SQL Server Express can be used temporarily up to 10 GB
Access Methods (e-manage|ONE Desktop ONLY - Required for Support):
Option 1: Port Forwarding
Port 15515 forwarded to 1433, open to North American access
Or, Port 15515 set as the default port in SQL Server Configuration
Option 2: VPN Access
Acceptable clients: NetExtender, Cisco AnyConnect, Windows VPN, etc.
A client VPN must be installed and accessible by our team
π Server Migration Requirements
If migrating your database from our server to yours:
You will need to provide:
Your IP Address
A SQL-capable server with SQL Server installed
Full Administrator Access via Remote Desktop
Port 15515 forwarded to 1433 and left open
Alternatively, our team can provide a .bacpac
file for your IT team to restore.

Minimum iOS Version:
iOS 11+ for Go, Crew, and Partner apps
iOS 13+ for the Customer app
Compatibility: iPhones and iPads
App Store Access: Required
π Devices should be able to upgrade to at least iOS 16. Downgrading iOS versions is not possible once upgraded.

SDK 19+ for Go, Crew, and Partner apps
SDK 22+ for the Customer app
