Q2: How are data backups and restorations handled?

A: We use Azure’s Point-in-Time Backup feature, which allows us to restore your database to any moment within the past 7 days. In the event of unauthorized access or data corruption, we can quickly roll back to a secure, previously recorded state.


Q3: What is your current system uptime?

A: We maintain a 99% uptime, supported by Azure’s high-availability infrastructure and service reliability.


Q4: Has Marketplace Software ever experienced a security breach?

A: In over 20 years of operation, we have not experienced any security breaches.


Q5: Do you perform penetration testing?

A: We do not currently conduct formal penetration testing. However, we rely on Microsoft Azure’s built-in security tools to monitor, detect, and protect against vulnerabilities and threats.


Q6: How frequently is your system’s security assessed?

A: We conduct weekly security assessments using Azure's advanced tools, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, to ensure all configurations are intact and no vulnerabilities are present.


Q7: How long are backups retained?

A: Point-in-time backups are available for a 7-day rolling window. Longer-term backup options may be available upon request.
