Adding Numerical Calculations (Sums, Counts, Averages) to Columns

Many grids in e-manage|ONE contains numerical values that you may want to view in different ways. Fortunately, e-manage|ONE makes it easy to apply basic calculations directly within any numerical grid.

How to Enable and Use the Footer

  1. Right-click on any column header.

  2. Select “Show Footer” from the menu.

Once the footer is visible at the bottom of your grid:

  1. Right-click inside the footer of a numerical column.

  2. Choose from the following calculation options:

    • Sum

    • Min / Max

    • Count

    • Average

These options allow you to instantly display key data insights, tailored to your needs.
