Top Level Record Shared Menus
Each of the 8 top level record types have a common toolbar at the top of the main viewing window. Each has the following menus:
Modules - Always located in the hamburger menu on the left
History - Always located in the hamburger menu on the left
Actions - Always located on the top toolbar
Each of these top level record types has 4 common types of historical information records. These are:
Notes / Alerts
Documents
Phone Messages
Follow-Ups
These 4 common historical information record types can be viewed from the HISTORY MENU located in the main window of each record type and also from the Context Menu by right clicking on the type of record from any grid, recent record or favorites.
These 4 common historical information record types can be added from the ACTIONS menu located in the main window of each record type and also from the Context Menu by right clicking on the type of record from any grid, recent records or favorites.
